Accommodation Description

Studio unit includes Bedroom with 2 Queen size beds, bathroom, and balcony. 1 bedroom unit includes Master Bedroom with king size bed, master bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, living room, and large balcony. Note that the living room includes a pull-out queen size sleeper sofa. 2 Bedroom unit is a combination of Studio and 1 bedroom. Note - Our unit has 2 Bedrooms. It has a "lock-off" feature that allows it to be rented as a standard hotel style room (Studio / our 2nd Bedroom), or as a 1 Bedroom (with kitchen and living room). If you rent less than the full 2 Bedroom unit, there may be other guests sharing the balcony. However, a wooden divider will be placed on the balcony for privacy, and each side will have its own door with separate key.

Rental Policies

Minimum rental period is 4 days (7 days during major holiday seasons). No pets allowed at any time. Our villa is completely no smoking (inside and on the veranda). Maximum occupancy is 8 people (for 2BR). Check-in time is 4 PM CST, Check-out is Noon CST. All rentals require a Rental Agreement including mailing address and valid telephone number. At least one person in the rental party must be over age 25. Maid service is provided pre-arrival and every other day during your stay. Additional maid service can be arranged by the guest at any time after arrival, at their own expense.

Deposit / Guarantee Policy:

50% Reservation Deposit is required to confirm dates. A Villa La Estancia Confirmation number will be provided after deposit and signed rental contract are received. Full payment must be received at least 60 days prior to guests' arrival. Reservations not paid in full by the due date are subject to cancellation and deposits forfeited. We recommend trip insurance. Cancellation Policy: Refunds are subject to the following restrictions (Please see special holiday rules also): Non-Holiday Rental More than 120 days prior to start of rental - fully refundable. Less than 120 days and more than 60 days prior to start of rental - full amount refunded, less a $300 fee. We recommend trip insurance. 60 or fewer days prior to start of rentail - All payments non-refundable, except damage deposit ($300). We recommend trip insurance.
